We discuss the 7 ways we are naturally connected and how to use tools to utilize a checking in process to build confidence for your next step. You will be filling out a worksheet as we go to help you understand what your soul wants you to understand about each area as a starting point to grow from.
This day is going to be jammed packed with information to help you grow forward in life and reconnect with that spiritual aspect of who you are. Giving you the confidence to know that who you are matters and is important to share with the world.

- Introduction Exercise: We want you to loosen up and relax right out of the gate and this will help you do that.
- How this class came to be: I walk you through my story of why and how this class was developed using some of the same tools you will learn.
- Short Story: who we are is told through a short story while demonstrating what that looks like. It reinforces we are not separate but part of the Divine.
- Belief vs Perspective: So much is taken on by how we hear things as well as how we are feeling when we hear it.
- Basic Concept of Gifts and Purpose: Using your gifts and purpose in growing forward.
- Learning to connect and check in: We show you how to take a more active role in life by checking in to 7 areas where you are naturally connected.

Tools given to help you check in will include:
- Cards as a tool not as an answer.
- How to ask Questions in the best way for you to have the perspective you need to move forward.
- A short meditation that when used often can give quick results in being aware of where you are and what you are feeling. What your needs are to not be in that feeling if it is fear or doubt etc.
- Spiritual Team: What is it and how can I use it to help me in life.
- How to gain more than one perspective from your cards.
You will be filling out a worksheet as we go to help you understand what your soul wants you to understand about each area as a starting point to grow from.
Another set of worksheets will be yours to use as a template once you understand your soul’s perspective. It will serve as a reminder of how to connect and check in as you move and grow forward in life.
Debbie will then take us through an Activation Process sharing her beautiful knowledge of ritual and how it can be used to help us enhance our intentions and create a sacred space. The activation process is also a way to set our intentions into motions with purpose.
This class will remind you of the help that is available to each of us if we just remember to ask and a check in.
